Pull pins in reverse order of what blocks the crewmate, not what looks easiest. Watch the whole board before tapping — boulders and water always interact with at least two points. If a level has two crewmates, save the one closest to the hazard first. Don't rush: there's no timer, so pause after each pull to see what shifted. Some pins are decoys; leaving them in place can keep a trap from triggering. When stuck, reset and try the exact opposite sequence of your last attempt.
