You're thrown into a powerboat with nothing but a steering wheel and a throttle. The water's choppy, the buoys are tight, and the AI drivers don't lift. That's the whole pitch. No career mode, no garage full of upgrades — just you, the wake, and a pack of boats that want your spot. WASD or the arrow keys handle the driving, and it's not as simple as pointing the bow forward. You have to manage momentum because the boat slides like it's on ice. Cut too hard and you'll drift wide; cut too soft and the pack will mug you on the inside. I kept overcorrecting on my first few runs and ended up doing donuts in the reeds. Once you learn to feather the throttle, it clicks. The tracks are short and tight, usually three laps, so every race is a sprint. If you botch the start, you can still draft and slingshot past on the final stretch — but only if you've already learned which side of the wake to cut. I lost one race by half a boat length because I took the outside on the last turn. Came back, went inside, won by a nose. That's the kind of game this is.
