The first thing you'll notice is how little you have to work with — just left, right, and drop. That's the whole toolkit, and somehow it's enough to create a dozen ways to fail. You're guiding balls into slots or gaps, and every single drop feels deliberate because the ball doesn't drift; it falls straight from wherever you release it. Miss by half a slot and you'll watch it rattle down into the wrong gap, sometimes bumping other balls out of place. I had one run where I thought I'd lined up three perfect drops in a row, only to realize the column was already too high and the last ball just sat on top like a cherry on a messy sundae. The difficulty ramps up without mercy. Early on you can take your time, line up the perfect angle, and still recover from a sloppy placement. A few rounds in, the speed picks up and you're making split-second choices — do I settle for the easy gap now, or gamble on the tight squeeze two slots over? The pacing forces you into a rhythm, and that's where the game grabs you. You stop thinking about left and right, you just move, drop, move, drop, and suddenly you're three layers deep in a stack you didn't see coming. The M and N toggles are a nice touch. I usually kill the music after a few rounds because the loop gets stuck in my head, but the sound effects for the drop are satisfyingly crunchy. Esc to back out of a run is essential when you need to reset without closing the tab. It's not a huge game, but it nails the arcade loop: one more try, one more drop, okay maybe just one more.
