The tension comes from that health bar: it doesn't regenerate fast, so every hit matters. Movement is everything. WASD (or ASWD, depending on your setup) feels smooth enough to weave between projectiles, but the real skill is learning each enemy type's attack pattern. The fast red ones zigzag; the blue ones telegraph a charge. One run, I had a sliver of health left and three enemies closing in. I ducked behind a crate, waited for them to bunch up, then popped out and cleared the wave with a well-timed burst. That kind of moment is what keeps me coming back. It's not a deep game — no upgrades, no story, just survive as long as you can. But for a quick five-minute session between classes, it's perfect. The difficulty ramps up fast, so don't expect to last long on your first few tries. If you like twitchy arena shooters that punish greed, you'll feel right at home.

Keep moving in wide circles around the arena; enemies often aim where you were. Learn which enemy types drop health pickups — kill them first when you're low. Use obstacles to break line of sight and force melee enemies to funnel. Don't shoot at random: burst fire keeps your accuracy up and ammo (if any) in reserve. If you see a medkit, go for it immediately, even if it means taking a hit — you'll net positive.
