Hit & Knock Down strips everything back to one simple loop: you've got a ball, you've got a stack of cans, and you've got a weird compulsion to keep throwing until every last one hits the ground. It's the kind of game that sounds dumb on paper but eats twenty minutes before you notice. Click anywhere on the screen and the ball launches toward that spot, arcing just enough to make you second-guess your aim. The cans are stacked in pyramids, scattered on ledges, sometimes balanced so precariously that a light tap sends the whole tower collapsing in slow motion. The physics are the star here. A direct hit on the center can might only knock out two, while a well-placed shot at the base sends cans flying like they've got places to be. I kept coming back to this one level where the target was a single can perched on top of a wobbly column, and the only way to get it without wasting all my throws was to clip the edge of the platform. That moment of figuring out the angle — knowing exactly where to click — is the whole game. It's simple, but it lands. If you're looking for depth, look elsewhere. There's no upgrade tree, no boss fight, just a clean arcade loop with a satisfying clatter when metal meets metal. The sound design helps too — that hollow clang when you catch a can dead on is weirdly rewarding. That said, I'd love a few more level variations or maybe a moving target or two. For now, it's a perfect five-minute break between classes.

Don't spam clicks; wait for cans to stop moving before your next throw.
