There's no deep tutorial—just a bed, a queue of groaning patients, and two players who think they know better than the other. The art's bright and a little slapstick, and the sound effects hit just right when someone finally gets discharged or, well, doesn't. It's best with a friend on the same keyboard, though you can technically fumble through solo if you've got three hands.
