Shoot The Villain! is one of those quick-hit puzzle shooters that tricks you into thinking it's easy. You get a single bullet and a screen full of triangular deflector blocks. Your job? Tap the right deflectors at the right moment so that bullet bounces, ricochets, and finally slams into the villain hiding behind walls, crates, or whatever else the level throws at you. The first few stages have you tapping a block once and feeling like a genius. Then the angles get tight, the villain starts twitching behind cover, and suddenly that simple tap turns into a five-bounce geometry test. What got me hooked was the checkpoint-free frustration in the best way. You'll miss by a pixel — the bullet clips a corner, zips off screen, and you reset instantly. But the reset is fast, so you immediately tweak one deflector's angle and try again. Each level is a tiny puzzle wrapped in action dressing: the bullet travels in real time, so there's a bit of timing too, especially when the villain moves or obstacles rotate. I kept trying to brute-force my way through by tapping every triangle at once, which obviously doesn't work and looks ridiculous. The real skill is reading the trajectory before you commit. Visually it's clean, no clutter, which matters when you're squinting at 45-degree angles. The villain designs are satisfyingly goofy — they taunt you between shots, so landing the final hit feels personal. It's the kind of game you open for five minutes and then realize you've been here for forty. If you like physics puzzles with a violent payoff, this one hits the spot.

Watch the bullet's first bounce before tapping anything — the angle reveals the whole path. On later levels, tap the deflector closer to the villain last so you can fine-tune the final approach. If a shot misses by a hair, nudge the same triangle one tap instead of starting from scratch. The villain sometimes moves after you fire; lead your bounces ahead of his path. Tap empty space to restart instantly instead of waiting for the bullet to fly off screen. Use the sound cue: a higher-pitched ping means the bounce is sharper, which often means you're closer to the right angle.
