Stunt Planes throws you into a tiny, twitchy acrobatic plane and dares you to not eat dirt on the first barrel roll. I spent my first three rounds nosediving into the ground because I thought the booster was a 'go faster everywhere' button—it is not. The controls feel floaty on purpose: you're not flying a fighter jet, you're wrestling a prop plane through rings, under bridges, and around invisible pylons. The Up/Down inversion takes a second to click, but once it does, pulling off a clean loop feels stupidly satisfying. The real chaos starts when you add a second player. Player 2 uses WASD by default, and both of you can remap everything in the pause menu. The power-ups (Space) add a mean streak: grab one mid-loop and suddenly you've got a temporary edge in acceleration or handling that can ruin your friend's line. I won a race once by boosting right as my buddy entered a tunnel—his plane clipped the wall, mine sailed through. That's the kind of cheap shot this game rewards. Don't sleep on the brake (C). Everyone pretends they're Maverick and ignores it, but cutting speed right before a tight corner turns your plane into a surprisingly nimble little beast. The camera toggle (N) is also underrated—some gaps are nearly impossible to judge from the default chase cam. Two-player stunt battles are where this game shines; solo mode is fine for practice but the real fun is hearing your friend yell as you scrape paint off their wings.

Practice brake-turns early: tap C just before a sharp turn to tighten your radius without losing all momentum. Remap your keys. The default X for boost is awkward on some keyboards—put it on Shift or a thumb button. Use Space for power-ups right after a loop, when your opponent loses sight of you for a second. Toggle camera (N) before entering any narrow gap or tunnel; the default chase view lies about your wingspan. In two-player, don't both go for the same ring—split up and force your opponent to guess your line. Never hold boost through a turn; you'll understeer into the wall. Burst it on straights only.
