Super Mario Assassin is what happens when someone decides the Mushroom Kingdom needed a hitman. You play as a darker, silent Mario whose only goal is to eliminate targets with taps. Tap a spot to slip toward it; tap a target to strike. There's no jump button, no coin collecting, no Bowser — just you, a knife (or something sharp), and a series of guards who really don't want to die. Levels are compact side-scrolling scenes, and the challenge is less about reflexes than about reading tiny windows. Guards pivot, walk, and pause. Strike during the pivot and you're fine. Strike during the walk and you'll get swarmed. That timing is what kept me coming back. One level had me waiting behind a crate while a patrolling guard crossed in front of my target three times. Three passes. I tapped too early on the first, too late on the second, and on the third I got the kill with maybe a quarter-second to spare. The game doesn't hold your hand, and death is instant — one wrong tap and the run ends. It's punishing in a way that feels fair because you always know what went wrong: you were impatient. Visually, it leans into the weirdness. Mario's sprite is almost unchanged, but the red stains on his gloves tell you this isn't E-rated. Maps are simple linework with enough shadows to sell the stealth mood. It's not a long game — most people will finish it in under an hour — and it won't replace actual stealth titles. But for an unblocked title, it does exactly what it should: quick, tense, and just wrong enough to be funny.

Patience beats speed; wait for a guard to turn before tapping him. Tapping the floor too close to a guard can blow your cover, so keep some distance. Watch patrol patterns for at least one full loop before moving. If a target walks near an exit, don't chase — reposition and wait for the loop to repeat. Failed a level? Change your approach route instead of just tapping faster. Some kill animations are longer; make sure no second guard is nearby when you trigger one.
