📝Tied Up Overview

One wrong move and you're toast, but that tethered ball can level the whole wave if you spin it right.

💬What is Tied Up?

Tied Up keeps it brutally simple: you're a glowing orb with a wrecking ball chained to your back, and everything else on screen wants you dead. Move your mouse to steer, and the ball follows like a reluctant weapon. At first it feels awkward—the ball lags behind, swinging wide when you turn. But that lag is the whole trick. Drag it through a cluster of enemies and they pop like balloons. Miss and they swarm you from behind. I died a lot before it clicked. The first wave is forgiving, just a few slow chasers. Then the screen fills with spiky things, zigzag movers, and little suicide bombers. Your three lives vanish fast if you treat this like a normal dodge game. The real strategy is to stop dodging so much and start orbiting. Cut tight circles around a group and the ball becomes a blender. You can almost feel the chain physics—speed up your mouse and the ball whips outward, slow down and it drags. That's the 'aha' moment: realizing you're not just avoiding enemies, you're swinging a flail. Each wave clears only when everything is dead, so hiding in a corner doesn't work. Enemies spawn from edges and home in on your position, forcing constant movement. Between waves there's a breath—you can reposition, take stock, maybe curse at your mouse sensitivity. The difficulty ramps hard around wave five, where tankier enemies take multiple hits and faster ones force you to predict their paths. No upgrades, no power-ups; it's just you, the ball, and whatever reflexes you walked in with.

👥How to Play Tied Up

Game Tips

Cut tight circles around enemy groups to turn the ball into a spinning blender. Don't just dodge; drag the ball through enemies intentionally, especially when they cluster. Watch your mouse speed—quick flicks make the ball whip wide, slow movements keep it close. Clear a safe zone before moving to the next group, don't leave stragglers behind you. In later waves, bait fast enemies into following you in a line, then turn sharply so the ball sweeps through them. If cornered, spin in place instead of running toward the edge.
