Angry Heroes drops you into a cartoon battlefield where the only way forward is to hurl your squad at anything that stands. You drag back on the slingshot, aim, and let loose — then watch your hero arc through the air, smashing through wooden planks, stone blocks, and whatever poor minion is in the way. Each level gives you a limited number of heroes, so every shot counts. I found myself holding my breath as a hero clipped the edge of a tower, sending bricks tumbling onto a group of enemies below. That's the kind of chain reaction that makes you want to restart immediately after a botched attempt just to see the destruction again. Is it the deepest adventure game out there? No. But it nails that 'one more try' itch.
