Your run starts the second the screen loads. The horse is already galloping, dust kicking up behind you, and the first enemy is closing in fast. Then I learned to stop spamming the melee attack and start using the aimed throw from distance. That one change doubled my survival time. The hold-and-drag aim on the left side works better if you lead your target slightly, especially when both of you are moving. Jumping at the last possible moment gives you more hang time to clear low obstacles, but landing on uneven ground can stumble you. On desktop, tap Shift right as you land a jump to keep momentum instead of losing speed on the next stretch. Melee is faster but puts you in range—use it to finish off weak enemies after you've already softened them with a throw.
