Don't let the name fool you. Noob Adventure starts with you as the most basic character imaginable — a square-headed, wide-eyed noob with a dream and a spacebar attack. The first time I played, I died within thirty seconds because I tried to run past a skeleton instead of giving it a solid whack. That's the game's charm: it's not complicated, but it's surprisingly unforgiving if you get cocky. Movement is WASD, attack is Space, and that's it. The real hook is the enemy variety. Skeletons shuffle toward you, zombies lurch in groups, and a few bigger brutes can flatten you if you don't time your swings. What keeps me coming back is the hidden nooks — there are little side areas with extra coins and health potions, but you have to be willing to wander off the obvious path. The pixel art is bright and almost cheerful, which makes dying repeatedly feel less frustrating and more like a dare. If there's one thing I wish the game had, it's a sprint button. You walk everywhere at the same steady plod, so when three enemies corner you near a wall, you'll die a slow, clunky death. But that's part of the noob experience. You're not meant to be a hero. You're meant to learn timing, watch enemy patterns, and eventually clear a room without taking a single hit. Then you'll stop being the noob — at least until the next level.
