📝Rexo 2 Overview

Double-tap up and launch that little cube over a spike pit like it owes you money.

💬What is Rexo 2?

Rexo 2 doesn't care about your feelings. You control a blocky little cube through a series of increasingly mean platforming levels, and your only real tool is a double jump that feels great to pull off but brutal to master. That second jump has a weird delay—you'll press up twice, the cube hangs for a split second, and then it pops upward. It took me a solid twenty deaths on one gap before I got the rhythm down. When I finally cleared it, I literally leaned back in my chair and exhaled. That's the game working. Levels are short but dense. Spikes hover just below your landing spot, moving platforms drift out of sync, and there are always one or two jumps that look impossible until you stop panicking and watch the pattern. The graphics are minimal—flat colors, simple shapes—but that works in your favor because you can read the layout instantly. Nothing hides behind fancy effects. On desktop the arrow keys do the job, but I'd honestly recommend a keyboard over mobile touch buttons. The touch controls work, don't get me wrong, but you lose that tiny bit of precision when you need to tap up twice in midair without sliding your thumb. What kept me coming back was that old-school 'one more try' itch. Each death drops you right back at the start of the level, so you're never grinding through a long loading screen. The difficulty curve is real, though. The early levels lull you into thinking you're good, then suddenly there's a spike corridor with a double jump over a moving saw and you're back to square one. That's not a complaint. It's just a warning: bring patience, or at least a pillow to slam your desk onto.

👥How to Play Rexo 2

Use Arrow keys to control the movements of the Cube. Press Up arrow key twice to Double Jump. If you are using a mobile, you can use the movement touch buttons on the screen to play the game.

Game Tips

Master the double jump timing—press up twice quickly, but not so fast that you waste the second jump while still rising. On mobile, use the on-screen touch buttons, but if you can, switch to a keyboard for way tighter control. Before committing to a jump, pause and watch the moving platforms cycle once or twice. Patterns are your only friend here. Don't be afraid to take a risky jump when you're two pixels from safety—sometimes the game rewards a little blind faith. Collect any floating shapes you see. They might be optional, but they usually mark the safer route through a section. If a section feels impossible, try jumping from the very edge of the platform instead of the middle. That extra inch matters.
