Guns exist but ammo is scarce early on, so the rope becomes your best tool for crowd control and escape. The city is full of side activities: races, rampages, and hidden upgrade orbs that increase health, speed, and rope length. What keeps me coming back is the sandbox freedom. You can ignore missions completely and just cause mayhem, or chase story beats that involve rescuing citizens and dismantling crime rings. Driving feels floaty, the ragdoll physics sometimes launch NPCs across the map, and the minimap is next to useless — but that's the whole appeal. Rope Hero is a gloriously rough open-world toy, the kind of game you'd show a friend and say "look at this mess" while secretly loving every minute.
