📝Timberman Overview

One tree, one axe, and zero time to think—how long can you last before a stray branch sends you tumbling?

💬What is Timberman?

You spawn at the base of an endless pine, axe already swinging. Branches jut out from both sides, and every chop has to be deliberate. Tap left or right to switch sides, but miss a beat and you're timber. That's the whole premise, yet it's brutally addictive. The first ten seconds feel easy—you're relaxed, tapping away. Then the tree seems to speed up, though really it's your own brain catching up to the rhythm. I died at 42 points on my third attempt, then spent the next hour chasing 43. The pixel art is charming, almost cozy, which makes the sudden failure sting even more. What gets me is how physical the game feels without any gore. Your little lumberjack grunts with each swing, the screen shakes slightly, and when a branch clips you, there's a split-second of frozen disbelief before the game over screen. No health bar, no second chances. Just you, the axe, and the branches. I learned to stop looking at my character entirely—focus only on which side the next branch appears on. That mental shift alone doubled my score. You'll find your own trick, maybe tapping the edges of the screen rather than watching the center. It's a perfect 'one more run' game for breaks or when you need to kill two minutes. Good luck breaking triple digits.
